Pepper Jack

Our Pepper Jack cheese is a semi soft cheese with open texture and spicy flavor from the sweet peppers, rosemary, habanero chilies and garlic studded in the cheese. Pepper Jack is a great melting cheese and also a great snacking cheese paired with any of our ring bolognas.
